Running rich

Postby Birdy9 » Fri Feb 22, 2019 2:21 pm

Hi,

Just finished the turbo build and moved onto the map and tuning side of it..

Everything seems to be running fine, except I am getting a 10/11 ratio on my wideband gauge, which also reads around 12 on MEITE while just idling

How would I go about adjusting the fuelling to make it not as rich to get it closer to the perfect 14.7 ratio

Thanks in advance

Hi,

I don't have a turbo, but I'd first confirm your wideband voltage HRT is correct as that seems in inconsistent with the gauge, as my out is normally +/- 0.1 from the gauge.

My only experience is with closed loop idle, so I can offer some tips with that.
